Once you purchase your memorial, you will receive an email with a link to create a password and access the self-managed platform, where you can upload the necessary information to start creating the memorial. You can update or add additional information at any time, with no additional cost.
The physical plaques include an engraved box, a commemorative plaque, and a pad to clean the surface before sticking.
The approximate delivery time is 15 days.
The memorials last as long as your service is active. The initial purchase includes the service period specified.
