Once you purchase your memorial, you will receive an email with a link to create a password and access the self-managed platform, where you can upload the necessary information to start creating the memorial. You can update or add additional information at any time, with no additional cost.
The physical plaques include an engraved box, a commemorative plaque, and a pad to clean the surface before sticking.
For PET memorial plates, you can choose a QR code with a different animal paw print.
The approximate delivery time is 15 days. During this period, the information you provided will be available on the online memorial.
The memorials have a duration of 2 years included into your purchase and can be renewed afterward for a cost of $25 annually after the first 2 years.
